Helpdew is async, ticket-first support infrastructure you embed in your product with one line of code.
Why async
Live chat is built for companies that can keep someone online. A solo founder cannot, and a three-person team should not have to. The usual answer is a chat widget with an "agent online" badge that is honest exactly never, and a support inbox that lives in a different tab from the product.
Helpdew takes the other side of that trade. Your users open a request inside your app, search your help center without leaving it, and get notified when you reply. You answer when you can — from email, the dashboard, the REST API, or an AI agent over MCP. Nobody is pretending to be online.
What you get
- An embeddable widget. One stable loader tag and a single init call. It boots style-isolated, so it cannot collide with your CSS, and it wears your brand colour.
- An agent inbox that opens on Needs reply — the real work queue, not "all".
- Email in both directions. Users can answer the notification instead of returning to the widget, and the reply threads onto the ticket.
- A public help center, on your own domain from the Team plan up.
- A full REST API and a native MCP server. Every plan, including the trial.
MCP is not a bolt-on
Helpdew was built so an AI agent can work a support queue as a first-class client: list and read tickets, draft and send replies, search the knowledge base, and turn a resolved ticket into an article. No server-side model of ours sits in the middle — you connect your own agent, and it uses its own model. Support that an agent can actually operate, rather than a chatbot bolted to the front of a help desk.
Pricing, plainly
Every plan is the whole product. The API, MCP and removed branding are on every tier, including the trial. What scales with price is volume — included monthly active users — and the custom help-center domain. No feature gating, and no plan exists to make the plan above it look better.
Where we are
Helpdew is invite-only while we grow deliberately. If that sounds like the support surface your product is missing, ask for access.
